Cleaning & Care: Foot Levelers does not recommend washing the Pillo-Pedic pillow, ever. They note that even hand washing could destroy the comfort and benefits of the pillow. They suggest that the zippered pillow protector be used under a regular pillowcase or two regular pillowcases instead. They suggest freshening the pillow by an occasional light spraying with disinfecting spray.
